L’OREAL – BECAUSE WE’RE WORTH IT

Loreal Event 101

Hello Ladies,

I was so thrilled to be invited by L’Oreal to a Tea Party they hosted for beauty bloggers on 1st of March at their office in Lagos.

Getting to the event, I really didn’t know what to expect but I have to say I had a fantastic time. After a warm welcome and being signed in, I got to mingle with other bloggers and writers before the event started.  Everyone was so lovely and I felt at ease from the get go.

As the event kicked off, we had brief and informative talks from the L’Oreal team.  They discussed L’Oreal as a company and Maybelline and Dark and Lovely as brands.  We were introduced to various products that are already available in Nigeria as well as those that will be launched soon.

We had a tour of the very funky L’Oreal office, were treated to lunch and given a goodie bag.   I will do a little review of the goodies soon.

All in all, it was a fab way to spend part of my weekend.  A big well done to the L’Oreal Nigeria team for pulling off a professional yet down to earth event.

Okay I haven’t forgotten that I am a hair care blogger. I often get asked about dandruff and that will be the topic of my next post.  I try to tread carefully when talking about dandruff because it is scalp condition, so I will do a bit of research and have the post up soon

I hope you’ll be back soon

X

Hi Lade, am sure u had lots of fun at the event. I’m super excited this morning…I told my roomates about ur blog and they are super excited to start following because of how my hair changed over the strike. Thank you so much for the information. One question though; is there a less time consuming way to take care of our hair?

      Hello Salamat

It really does make me happy when a readers hair improves, makes me want to keep blogging.
taking care of our hair takes time. There is no two ways about.
Hopefully when you become more accustomed to it over the years it will seem like second nature. I hope that doesn’t put you off.
Personally I wear wigs when I want to reduce the amount of time I spend on my hair.
